Aspen Light - Little Gem Painting Auction

Since autumn is my favorite season - hands down - and since Hawaii has no autumn, I have had to fulfill my cravings in the studio.
This little gem was a sketch to work out ideas for a larger painting (20 x 28) that I am currently working on (contact me if you want first dibs on seeing finished painting - I'll email you privately before it's posted publicly).
This little gem is from one of my favorite places in Northern Utah - near Snow Basin ski resort. The red/orange trees are big tooth maple. Also on the hillside are gamble oaks, pines, and of course my fav - aspens.
This study will be auctioned over the next 24 hours - or so.
How the auction works:

- Opening bid is only $100
- Minimum bid increment of $25
- No reserve price - winning bidder gets the painting.....unless....
